1. Using LandVest

These Terms apply to your use of our website, enquiries, calls, WhatsApp communications, quotes, and any Land Check or Land Report we agree to provide. A specific written quote, scope of work or service agreement may include additional terms; where it conflicts with these Terms, that written document will apply to the extent of the conflict.

2. Our independent role

LandVest is an independent land-advisory service. We do not act as a property broker, developer, seller, buyer, construction contractor or investment manager, and we do not accept commissions for recommending an outcome. We do not take a power of attorney, make decisions for you, or sell, transfer or develop your land.

3. Quotes, fees & payment

Before paid work begins, we will provide the proposed scope, deliverables, timeline and fee in writing. Any taxes, payment schedule, cancellation or refund terms specific to an engagement will be stated in the applicable quote or service agreement. An enquiry, initial conversation or indicative discussion does not create an obligation for either party until the relevant engagement is accepted.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing information, documents and instructions that are accurate, complete and up to date, and for ensuring that you have the right to share them with us. You remain responsible for all decisions about your land, including whether to obtain independent legal, tax, financial, planning or technical advice before acting.

5. What our reports mean

Our Land Checks and Land Reports are based on information available to us, stated assumptions, market research, geospatial data and site analysis where agreed. They are independent advisory outputs—not a statutory approval, title guarantee, formal legal opinion, valuation, investment recommendation or assurance of a particular result. Market conditions, regulations, approvals and site facts can change.

6. Third-party specialists

Where helpful and agreed, we may introduce or coordinate with third-party specialists such as lawyers, surveyors, architects, planners, site-work partners or other service providers. Those parties are independent of LandVest unless we expressly state otherwise. Their work, fees, advice, availability and contracts are their own; you should review their terms directly.

7. Permitted use of reports

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use a LandVest report for considering the plot covered by the engagement. You may not publish, resell, reproduce for commercial use, or allow a third party to rely on it without our prior written consent. LandVest retains ownership of its methods, templates, research structure and other intellectual property.

8. No warranties & liability

We work to provide careful, independent advice, but cannot promise that any option will be approved, profitable, available or suitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandVest is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or loss-of-profit claims arising from the use of our services or reliance on a report. Our total liability for a specific service is limited to the fees actually paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Privacy & communications

Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. By giving us contact details, you authorise us to contact you about your enquiry, quote or agreed engagement through reasonable channels, including email, phone or WhatsApp. You can request that we stop non-essential communications at any time.
