LandVest is an independent land-advisory service focused on Tamil Nadu. This policy applies to personal data handled in digital form through our website, email, WhatsApp, enquiry forms, calls and advisory workflow. It does not replace a service agreement or any specific notice we give when you provide information for a particular engagement.

Depending on how you engage with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, plot location, size, Maps link, intended use, and communications with us. If you choose to share them, we may also receive property-related files such as title, survey, revenue, approval or other documents, along with photographs, site-visit notes and video-call records. Our website may also collect limited device, browser and usage information.

We use information to reply to your enquiry, assess whether our advisory service is a fit, prepare and deliver a quote, carry out an agreed Land Check or Land Report, communicate about the engagement, coordinate necessary research or site work, improve our service, protect against misuse, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. We use personal data only for the purpose communicated to you or another lawful purpose permitted under applicable law.

4. Property, documents & location information

Plot details, maps, photographs and documents are particularly sensitive in context. We use them to understand the plot, conduct market, geospatial or site analysis, and prepare advice that you request. We do not use your submitted property information to list, market or sell your land. Any assessment is advisory in nature and is not a statutory approval, title guarantee, formal legal opinion or investment recommendation.

We may share only the information needed with carefully selected service providers or professional advisers who support our work, such as secure technology providers, survey or site-work partners, market-research specialists, and legal or other professional advisers when you request or authorise that support.
